Stephen Grimes

Stephen Grimes is a passionate and hardworking chef with over 25 years of experience in the culinary industry. They currently serve as the Executive Head Chef at Baxterstorey and lead the kitchen at Sky Headquarters in Dublin. Previously, Stephen opened the RedChef Cookery School, where they conducted over 300 cookery demonstrations, and ran their own restaurant, Flavour. Throughout their career, they have held various chef positions, including Head Chef at Kerry Group and Compass Group. Stephen holds a Distinction in Professional Cookery from DIT Cathal Brugha St.
