Suzanne Babb

Suzanne Babb is a Principal Solutions Architect at Sky, with extensive experience in solutions architecture and account management. Prior to the current role, Suzanne served as a Senior Technical Account Manager and Solutions Architect at Genesys from January 2022 to May 2023. Suzanne's early career at Sky spanned from September 2004 to January 2022, during which time responsibilities included working on the UKIS Solutions Architecture team and designing customer telephony solutions, as well as acting as a core interface between business and IT as a Senior Analyst. Before Sky, Suzanne was a Business Integration Designer at Abbey National, focusing on middleware infrastructure for e-banking and telephone banking. Suzanne holds an MSc in Information Technology from Abertay University, obtained between 1999 and 2000.
