Millie Hernandez-Becker

Recognized aviation leader Millie Hernandez-Becker heads up Sky Harbour’s sales and tenant-relations efforts. She expertly manages the critical feedback loop between users and designers. Millie brings decades of experience in FBO management, aircraft sales, air charter, aircraft maintenance and hangar leasing.

She made a name for herself as the president of Skyqueen Enterprises, based at Westchester Airport, serving clients including Goldman Sachs, The Carlyle Group, Macquarie, Million Air, Hawthorne Global Aviation, and the Port Authority of NY and NJ. She has served in sales and marketing leadership roles for First Aviation Services, Landmark Aviation and Skyport.

Millie is a graduate of Fordham University and a member of the National Business Aviation Association, The Wings Club and International Women in Aviation. Honors include being named to the Westchester Power 50 and the U.S Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s Business Woman of the Year for her aviation leadership.
