Alistair Smith

Alistair Smith is the Head of Insight at Sky Customer Service Group, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to this role, Alistair worked at Sky in various capacities, including Business Information Manager and Senior Operational Research Analyst, from 2006 to 2009. Alistair began their career as a Hospital Information Officer at NHS Fife from 1994 to 1998. Alistair studied at Heriot-Watt University from 1987 to 1991.
