Katherine Thackray has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Katherine began their career at Nielsen as a Reporting Executive in 2004 and then moved on to Nestle as a Business Development Analyst. Katherine joined dunnhumby in 2010 and held various positions, including Campaign Analyst and Comms and Media Director for Tesco International. In 2014, Thackray joined British Airways as a Data Strategist and later became the Customer Analytics Team Leader. Currently, they are at British Gas as the Head of Customer Analytics and Insight, although they are currently on maternity leave. Throughout their career, Thackray has showcased expertise in analytics, marketing effectiveness, CRM, and team leadership.
Katherine Thackray attended Aston University from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in Marketing. Katherine successfully completed their studies and obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Marketing.
