James Conroy

James Conroy is an accomplished sales and customer experience manager with over 18 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Sales Manager at Sky since August 2012, responsibilities include enhancing team performance through coaching, managing operational workflows to meet KPIs, and leading customer experience initiatives. Previous positions include Customer Experience Manager and Senior Insight and Improvement Lead at Sky, where James Conroy focused on customer journey mapping and implementing digital efficiency programs.
