Chris Willis has a diverse work experience in the media industry. Starting in 1991, they worked as an Executive Producer and News Director at Seven Network, overseeing the production of sports programs and news bulletins. They also took on roles such as Chief of Staff for Sydney Olympics and Director News, Seven West. From 2015 to 2016, they served as Director at Change Warehouse. In 2016, they became Chief of Staff for the New South Wales Opposition Leader, providing policy advice and implementation. Most recently, they have been working as the Head of News at Sky News Australia since December 2018.
Chris Willis attended Macquarie University from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained a Graduate Diploma in Media Management with a focus on Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management. Additionally, they are a member of the Radio and Television News Association, USA (currently on hiatus), as certified by MRTNDA.
