Thaís Gazola Baes has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. In 2013, they worked as an Account Executive at Agência Deze7 Publicidade e Propaganda, where they assisted in the development of briefings and attended internal and external meetings. Thaís then moved on to Momento Marketing & Comunicação in 2014, where they served as a Sales Executive, focusing on prospecting new clients, preparing commercial proposals, and negotiating with customers.

Most recently, in 2023, Thaís became a Co-founder and Partner at Meraki Gyros, a new venture in which they have ownership and managerial responsibilities.

Thaís Gazola Baes has a diverse education history. Thaís obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in GE- Gestão Empresarial from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2014 to 2016. In 2017, they completed a course in Inbound Marketing at HubSpot Academy, specializing in Digital Marketing. In 2016, they attended a program called Esteira de Vendas, focusing on Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing. Thaís also pursued linguistics at ALI- Académie Linguistique Internationale in Montreal, Canada, from 2012 to 2013. Thaís obtained their bachelor's degree in Communication Social - Cinema, with a specialization in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, which they completed from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, Thaís has taken courses at StartSe, including a Technical Integrated Course in Growth Program: Sales & Marketing Acceleration, as well as a Technical Integrated Course in Strategy for Disruption.
