Caitlin Steves

Caitlin Steves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in summer camp operations, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Summer Camp Operations at Sky Ranch since May 2010. In this role, Caitlin specializes in recruitment, college ministry, and social media management, effectively impacting over 9,000 campers annually and leading the recruitment and training of 800 seasonal staff. Previous roles at Sky Ranch include Summer Camp Operations Manager and Summer Camp Administrator, where Caitlin contributed to the expansion of team size and the logistical planning of overnight programs. Caitlin participated in the Legacy Fellowship, focusing on leadership development, and gained valuable customer service experience as a Student Office Assistant at the University of Oklahoma and a Sales Associate at Eddie Bauer. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Multidisciplinary Studies from the University of Oklahoma.
