Malita Jones currently serves as the President of Texas Women in Business since January 2022, leading a nonprofit organization focused on empowering women through education, networking, and leadership. Previously, Malita held the position of Marketing Director at Texas Women in Business, contributing to the mission of fostering personal and professional growth for women. Additionally, Malita has been a Broker Sales Associate at Sky Realty since June 2009, assisting clients with residential and investment needs, and previously worked as a REALTOR at Keller Williams Realty from 2005 to June 2009, where responsibilities included listing management and office operations. Early career experience includes business operations and fundraising at St. Austin Catholic Church from 2003 to 2005. Malita holds a Bachelor's degree in History, Political Science, and English from Texas A&M University, earned from 1996 to 1999.
