Noel Couch

Noel Couch is an experienced payroll professional with a diverse background in payroll management and accounting across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Payroll at Sky River Casino since October 2021, Noel previously held roles including Payroll Manager and Payroll Technician II at Elk Grove Unified School District and Payroll Accountant at Folsom Cordova Unified School District.
