Jay Hysenbegasi is a highly experienced and certified Pega Lead System Architect with over 10 years of expertise in architecting, designing, and implementing complex intelligent business process automations (IBPAs) on the Pega Platform. Currently serving as Principal Software Architect at Sky Solutions since June 2021, Jay has a proven track record of leading teams, exceeding customer expectations, and driving continuous improvement. Prior experience includes directing high-impact projects at IBM as Principal Software Architect and providing BPM solutions at Accenture as Principal Architect. Jay’s educational background includes an MS in Software Engineering from Regis University and a BS in Psychology from Salem State University.
