Mohit Sheoran

Mohit Sheoran has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mohit is currently working as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Sky Solutions since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Talent Acquisition Manager at TISTA Science and Technology Corporation from July 2022 to May 2023.

Mohit has also held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Innosoft Corporation from March 2020 to July 2022. In this role, they managed the recruitment process for Information Technology projects and collaborated with business partners to find solutions to business challenges. Mohit also built a talent pipeline aligned with business objectives and maintained strong partnerships with internal stakeholders.

Before joining Innosoft Corporation, Mohit worked at UnitedHealth Group from May 2016 to March 2020. Mohit initially served as a Master Recruiter for Information Technology and Consulting, where they were responsible for recruiting professional-level Information Systems candidates. Later, they took on the role of Talent Acquisition Recruiting Manager for QSSI, where they established and executed the recruiting strategy and managed a team of recruiting professionals.

Prior to their tenure at UnitedHealth Group, Mohit was employed at IDS Infotech Limited as a Team Lead for Talent Acquisition/Recruitment from March 2007 to May 2010. In this role, they managed the full lifecycle of recruiting and hiring processes, sourced candidates through various channels, and supervised the recruitment of applicants.

Earlier in their career, Mohit worked as a Technical Recruitment Specialist at FCS Software Solutions from May 2006 to April 2007. Here, they recruited candidates with expertise in various functional and technical areas and managed the full recruitment cycle independently.

Mohit's first professional role was as a Network Support Executive at Bharat Exports Ltd. from May 2004 to May 2006. In this position, they maintained and administered Windows NT/2000 computer networks and troubleshooted various network issues.

Throughout their career, Mohit Sheoran has gained extensive experience in talent acquisition, project management, stakeholder management, and building strategic partnerships.

Mohit Sheoran completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science at Kurukshetra University from 1998 to 2002.
