Richard Baldwin

Richard Baldwin is the current Regional Sales Manager at Sky Systemz. Prior to this, they held various sales executive positions at MDsave, 4D Global Medical Billing Services, and Waystar. Richard has over 14 years of experience in sales and healthcare administration.

Baldwin began their career in 2007 as a Sales Executive at ZirMed. Richard was responsible for developing new business opportunities and increasing revenue for the company. In their 10 years at ZirMed, Baldwin was instrumental in growing the company and establishing it as a leading provider of healthcare technology solutions.

In 2017, Baldwin left ZirMed to join Waystar as a Sales Executive. Richard was responsible for working closely with industry partners to achieve maximum integration of Waystar solutions for the benefit of shared clients. Baldwin also provided leadership, support, and strategic marketing plans to positively affect continued growth for Waystar.

In 2020, Baldwin left Waystar to join 4D Global Medical Billing Services as the Director of Business Development. In this role, they were responsible for growing the company’s client base and developing new business opportunities.

Most recently, in 2021, Baldwin joined MDsave as a Sales Executive. MDsave is a risk-free bundling technology that offers shoppable, instantly transactable procedures at a custom rate. Baldwin is responsible for developing new business opportunities and increasing revenue for the company.

Richard Baldwin attended St. Xavier High School Louisville, KY before studying Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Louisville.

Richard Baldwin reports to Steve Bugg, Director, Regional Sales. They are on a team with Todd Duff - Regional Sales Manager, Michael Vines - Regional Sales Manager, and Jacob Williams - Regional Sales Manager.
