Steffany Kisling is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the aviation and luxury service industries. As the Founder of Launched since February 2021, Steffany has created a community aimed at empowering aviation professionals to enhance their careers through structured support and automation. In addition, as the Founder and CEO of SkyAngels Enterprises, Inc. since June 2010, Steffany has established a premier standard for private jet cabin attendant training and staffing, emphasizing rigorous selection and high-quality service through SKYacademy. Earlier, Steffany founded Mermaid Yacht Services, providing luxury yacht placement, recruiting, and staging services from 2005 to 2007. Steffany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of San Francisco, earned between 2001 and 2003.
