Derek Cohen-Copeland

Derek Cohen-Copeland is an experienced professional in the animation and film industry, currently serving as an Art APM at Skybound Entertainment since May 2023. Derek previously worked at ShadowMachine from June 2019 to August 2022 as a Script Supervisor and Assistant PM, collaborating with various production team members and managing in-house and remote artists. Prior roles include APM/Script Supervisor at Warner Bros. Animation, overseeing voice recording sessions for "Green Eggs and Ham," and Production Manager at Stoopid Buddy Stoodios, where Derek managed a large production team. Derek's career began with Lodger Films as a Production Coordinator and includes positions as a Contestant Wrangler and Production Assistant at Sony Pictures Entertainment, among other roles across various film and production companies. Derek holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder.
