Derek Hunter

Derek Hunter is a talented background designer and writer/artist with a strong background in the entertainment industry. Derek has worked for various well-known companies such as Warner Bros. Discovery, Skybound Entertainment, Bento Box Entertainment LLC, Netflix, Image Comics, Walt Disney Animation Studios, Nickelodeon Animation Studio, Cartoon Network, and Send Out Cards. Derek's expertise includes BG design, writing, illustrating, and coloring for various projects such as "Bat Family," "The Walking Dead: Small Bites," "Kid Cosmic," "Pretty Violent," "DuckTales," and "Adventure Time." Derek also has experience in greeting card illustration, prop design, set design, UI illustration, and comic/children's book illustration. Derek's education includes an Associate of Arts degree in Illustration from Utah Valley University.
