Shelby Martinez-Mathews is the Manager Creative and Production at Skybound Entertainment, overseeing product development and design in the Merch Department. Previously, Shelby was the Founder & Creator of Xeybhls Lil Dragon Shop, designing custom plush products for online sale. With experience as a Brand Manager and Product Design Manager at McFarlane Toys, Shelby directed development of new products and managed multiple product lines. Shelby also worked as a Quality Assurance Tester at Digital Dream Forge QA, focusing on testing gaming programs. Educationally, Shelby holds a Bachelor's Degree in Game Art and Design from The Art Institutes.
