Marc P. Santucci

Mr. Santucci is president of ELM International, Inc., Prior to establishing ELM; Mr. Santucci was director of the Office of International Development, Michigan Department of Commerce from 1984 until 1987. During this period, he was also appointed as the trade policy advisor to the state of Michigan. From 1980 to 1984, Mr. Santucci worked for the Office of United States Trade Representative (USTR). He also served as the U.S. representative to the OECD Committee on Investment and Multinational Enterprises, Subcommittee on Investment. From 1972 to 1980, Mr. Santucci worked as an economist for the U.S. Bureau of Mines. Mr. Santucci serves on the board of directors for China Education.net, Red Cedar and Purity Foods a food processor specializing in spelt products. He was appointed to the Michigan District Export Council and served between 1985 and 1991.
