Megan Vandernoord

Megan Vandernoord is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance and management within the gaming industry. Currently serving as the Customer Compliance Team Lead at SkyCity Adelaide since January 2018, Megan has established and developed compliance processes, ensuring adherence to customer KYC checks, risk assessments, and relevant legislation while fostering a culture of integrity and stakeholder engagement. Prior to this role, Megan worked as the Marketing & Loyalty Manager and later as an Accountant and Gaming Analyst at Diggers @ The Entrance from July 2006 to December 2017, where attention to detail and compliance with legislative obligations were paramount. Megan holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Newcastle and completed a Gaming Management Development Course through Leagues Clubs Australia.
