Prasenjit Pal

Prasenjit Pal is an experienced Junior Sous Chef currently working at SkyCity Adelaide since October 2020. Prior to this role, Prasenjit held positions as Chef De Partie at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas, where responsibilities included managing food costs and stock movement. Prasenjit began the culinary career as a Commis Chef at One&Only Resorts, advancing to Demi Chef De Partie at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts and developing skills in all-day dining and buffet services.
