Sigitas Kaciusis

Sigitas Kaciusis has over a decade of experience in operations and claims management, currently serving as the Head of Operations at Skycop.com since October 2017. In this role, Sigitas leads and manages support teams, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency through ownership of crucial UX metrics. Previously, Sigitas held the position of Head of Pre-Trial Recovery Department, managing a team of over 20 specialists and collaborating closely with IT to improve debt recovery processes. Additional experience includes leadership roles in business development at Aeroclass.org and claims management at various organizations, including UAB Verslo aptarnavimo centras and LESTO AB. Sigitas holds a Master’s degree in Law from Vilnius University, obtained in 2013.
