Bernie Gallardo Lautrette is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and engagement with extensive experience in the entertainment industry. Currently serving as VP of Talent Acquisition & Engagement at Skydance since September 2024, Bernie previously founded and operated Endielle, providing consultancy in leadership development, employee relations, and organizational design since June 2019. Prior roles include Director of Artist Management at Netflix, where Bernie led a team supporting feature films, and Director of Diversity & Inclusion at DreamWorks Animation, focusing on fostering equity and inclusion within a large workforce. Bernie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Advertising from San Francisco State University.
