Jeff Hegedus

Jeff Hegedus has a strong background in business affairs and legal affairs in the entertainment industry. Jeff started their career at O'Melveny & Myers as a Senior Associate before moving on to Interlight Partners as a Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs. Jeff then worked at ABC Studios as Senior Counsel in Legal Affairs and later as Director of Business Affairs. Hegedus joined Hulu as Associate General Counsel, where they negotiated agreements for the development and exploitation of original content. Jeff also served as the Head of International Business Affairs at Hulu, where they negotiated acquisition agreements with major studios. After Hulu, Hegedus worked at Participant Media as Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs, where they negotiated acquisition and distribution agreements, as well as production agreements. Jeff then transitioned to Paramount Pictures as Vice President and later Senior Vice President of Business Affairs for Television. Hegedus continued their career at Sony as Senior Vice President of Business Affairs for Television. Currently, they hold the position of EVP of Television Business Affairs at Skydance Media.

Jeff Hegedus earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Irvine between 1989 and 1993. Jeff later attended USC Gould School of Law, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from 1994 to 1997.
