Alex Shaw Jaime has a diverse work experience spanning over 10 years. Alex started their career as a Quality Excellence Intern at Airbus Military, where they contributed to the development of the Quality Excellence standard and updated procedures.

Moving forward, Alex worked at AERTEC Solutions as a Process Engineer. Alex was responsible for creating and modifying Technical Instructions (TI's) and Standard Operational Instructions (SOI's) for the assembly processes of Airbus aircraft. Alex also handled production planning tasks and ensured the databases were up to date.

After that, they joined Glenser Aerospace SL as a Process Engineer, where they created waybills and helped with the manufacturing of components for the Airbus DS A330 MRTT. Alex also contributed to the creation of Service Bulletins and edited Technical Instructions.

Alex Shaw Jaime completed their Master of Engineering (MEng) in Aeronautics & Astronautics: Aerodynamics at the University of Southampton from 2007 to 2011. They then pursued a Master's degree in Global Supply Chain & Aeronautical Industry Operation at Universidad de Seville from 2011 to 2012. Prior to university, Alex attended Runnymede College from 1992 to 2007, where they completed their A-levels in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Further Mathematics.
