Giacomo Corda has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Giacomo started as an intern at Airbus Operations S.A.S. in 2013. Giacomo then joined Piaggio Aerospace in 2014, where they worked as an Electronic Flight Control System Engineer until 2017 and later as a Vehicle Management System Engineer until 2018. In 2018, they joined CAE as a System Architect and worked until 2021. Currently, they are employed as a Systems Engineer at Skydweller Aero starting from December 2021.
Giacomo Corda pursued their education in the field of Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical/Space Engineering. Giacomo obtained their Bachelor's degree from Politecnico di Torino, Italy, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Giacomo then went on to pursue a Master's degree, specializing in the same field, at Politecnico di Torino from 2011 to 2014. During their educational journey, Giacomo also had the opportunity to study Techniques Aéronautiques at ENAC - Ecole Nationale de l'Aviation Civile from 2012 to 2013.
In addition to their formal education, Giacomo Corda has acquired various certifications to enhance their skills. Giacomo obtained certifications in Systems Thinking and Systems Thinking for Product Designers from LinkedIn in November 2021. Giacomo also received a certification in System Engineering Management from Project Performance International (PPI) in September 2020. In 2015, Giacomo obtained certifications in SCADE Suite Models and Code Performance Optimization, as well as SCADE Suite applications with SCADE Test, from Esterel Technologies in September 2015.
