Engr. Chilaka Okuh is a seasoned professional in Information Technology with extensive experience in leading IT teams and managing banking infrastructure. Currently serving as Team Lead for IT Regional Support at Polaris Bank Ltd. since September 2018, Chilaka oversees the IT operations for the South-South Region as well as Imo and Abia States. Prior to this role, significant contributions were made at Skye Bank Plc, where responsibilities included leading IT regional support and managing ATM support units across various regions. Additionally, experience was gained at SoftWorks Ltd as a Software Regional Engineer in the ATM Support Unit. Chilaka holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information Technology at the National Open University of Nigeria. Professional affiliations include being a Registered Engineer, a member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers, and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
