Oluwaseun Akinsiku is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits, currently serving as the Lead, Compensation and Benefits at Polaris Bank Ltd. since July 2023. Previously, Oluwaseun held leadership positions at MainOne and Iwosan Investments Limited, focusing on total rewards and specialized compensation functions within the healthcare and technology sectors. Prior roles include positions in finance and human resources at Hygeia Nigeria Limited, treasury management at Design Union Consulting Limited, and treasury supervision at C&I Leasing Plc, as well as early career experience at StanbicIBTC Bank Plc. Oluwaseun holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from Adekunle Ajasin University and is pursuing an MBA in Business Administration and Management at Ajayi Crowther University, expected to complete in March 2025.
