Karam Takhar

Karam Takhar has several years of work experience in corporate development, investor relations, and sales. Karam is currently working as the Vice President of Corporate Development & Investor Relations at Skye Bioscience Inc. Karam previously served as an Executive Director and Consultant at Emerald Health Sciences Inc. Karam also had sales roles at Promega and STEMCELL Technologies. In addition, they worked as a Graduate Student at the BC Cancer Agency.

Karam Takhar pursued their undergraduate education from 2000 to 2006 at Simon Fraser University. During this period, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree, specializing in Business & Molecular Biology-Biochemistry. Following their undergraduate studies, they then enrolled in graduate studies at The University of British Columbia from 2006 to 2010. There, they focused on Pharmaceutical Sciences, aiming to further their knowledge and expertise in this field.
