Anna Pavlova

Anna Pavlova is an experienced product manager and learning designer with a strong background in enhancing customer experiences and optimizing educational programs. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Skyeng since May 2021, Anna has successfully boosted NPS from 30 to over 50% within three months, developed a Communication Bot to enhance customer interactions, and streamlined feedback processes utilizing ChatGPT. Previously, Anna held roles as a Senior Learning Designer and Learning Experience Designer, where responsibilities included refining course structures, collaborating with experts, and applying advanced educational design techniques. Anna holds a Master's degree in Cognitive Science and Technology from the Higher School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Systems and Technologies from the National Research University of Electronic Technology (MIET).
