Kirill Getmanskiy

Kirill Getmanskiy is a Chief Marketing Officer at Skyeng and a Senior Recruiter. Kirill has worked in Human Resources for over two years and has experience in leading the project of launching the hiring process in South Asia, managing a full recruiting cycle for middle to head staff positions, planning and building the pipeline for Sales department, and creating an onboarding process for newcomers. Kirill has also worked on key metrics such as AR, CSAT, NPS, and conversion.

Kirill Getmanskiy received their bachelor's degree in successful negotiation and HR management from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics. Kirill then went on to get their certification in IELTS from the University of London.
