Yana Gerasimovich

Yana Gerasimovich has held various roles in HR and recruitment. Yana began their career at Юниум - Unium in 2011 as a Trainer of leadership technology. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as an HR-generalist, responsible for recruitment, retention, training and development, and other HR activities. In 2016, they became the Head of Recruitment at Юниум - Unium, overseeing talent sourcing, acquisition, and conducting interviews. In 2018, Yana joined Skyeng as the Head of Recruitment and later became the Chief Human Resources Officer in August 2021.

Yana Gerasimovich completed their Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Moscow City Teachers' Training University (MGPU) between 2009 and 2014.
