Our mission is to help build Germany’s next generation of category-defining companies by closing the gap between equity and traditional debt. We believe founders deserve capital partners who think like entrepreneurs—aligned, responsive, and long-term oriented.

Skyfall was founded by Bastian Schätzle, a former startup CEO who raised €20 million in VC funding and exited his company in 2021. Together with a trusted group of fellow entrepreneurs, we invest not just money, but also experience and perspective—always through Skyfall, always as one.
