Bill Perkins is the Founder and President of SynMax, Founder and Managing Partner of Skylar Capital Management LP, and Founder and President of SkyFi. Bill is also the Owner of Small Ventures USA and was previously the President of Brisa Max Holdings VI. With a strong background in energy trading and financial management, Bill has held various positions at Centaurus Energy, AIG, Zahr Securities, Statoil, and El Paso. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Iowa.
