Tiago Xavier Bai

Tiago Xavier Bai has a diverse work experience in software engineering. Tiago began their career as a Software Engineer Intern at PUCRS, where they developed a web application using Java, JSP, Servlets, and Javascript for mapping and providing directions on a university campus.

After their internship, Tiago worked as a Software Developer at T&T Engenheiros Associados, where they contributed to two R&D projects for HP Brazil. Tiago developed a single-page web application using Javascript and Java for online document creation.

Tiago then joined Perto S.A. as a Software Engineer before returning to T&T Engenheiros Associados as a Senior Software Engineer. In this role, they served as the technical leader and full-stack developer for a web application aimed at facilitating document printing using various devices. Tiago also visited HP Barcelona to transfer technology to a new business unit.

Next, Tiago joined HP as a Software Designer, focusing on the HP SureSupply Auto-Delivery platform. Tiago acted as a Project Manager and Front-End developer, leading a team of 10 members. Their responsibilities included front-end development, load/performance tests, and automated tests using Selenium.
