Benjamin Vivo-Wachter is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business development and talent acquisition across various high-growth companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Skyfire since October 2022, Benjamin focuses on monetizing and empowering AI agents with a unique pricing model and sales automation strategy. Additional roles include being an investor at Teleskope and serving as an advisor for multiple organizations, including Nostra and Guava. Prior positions include Chief Executive Officer at evory and Vice President of Talent & Growth at Proxy, which was acquired by ŌURA. Benjamin's earlier career highlights include significant contributions at Ripple as Director, where growth surged from $100M to $15B, and as Head of Talent Acquisition at OnDeck, overseeing rapid company expansion through IPO. Benjamin holds a BA/MA in Psychology from The City College of New York and a BA in Psychology from Albright College.
