Herve Dufresne has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the aviation industry. Herve began their career at Nortel as a UMTS Software Designer in 2000. Herve then joined ALTRAN as a Consultant in July 2000 and later became a Manager Aerospace & Defence in November 2004, a position they held until July 2014.

In August 2008, Herve worked at Askon (on behalf of Airbus Germany) as the A350XWB Cabin & Cargo Functional Management, where they were responsible for the functional design and integration flow for the Airbus A350 XWB.

Herve joined Airbus Defence and Space in November 2004 as a RBE Manager and System Designer for Cabin Connectivity Systems. Herve was also the Technical Coordination Military System A400M from November 2007 to June 2008.

In July 2010, Herve briefly worked at Brussels Airlines as a Project Manager before moving to Zodiac Aerospace in August 2014. At Zodiac Aerospace, they held the position of Program Manager and later became the Product Line Manager for Cabin Management Systems.

In September 2016, Herve joined ALTEN Technology as a Senior Project Director, where they served until February 2023. Later in March 2023, they joined SkyFive.world as the Product Director A2G Connectivity Commercial Aviation.

Throughout their career, Herve has gained experience in project management, system design, and product development in the aviation industry.

Herve Dufresne's education history begins with earning a Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Telecommunications from Université Paris 13. This degree was obtained from 1993 to 1998. Following this, Herve pursued an Engineer's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from ESINSA between 1998 and 2000. Finally, in 2008, Herve enrolled at the Project Management Institute to acquire a PMI CAPM certification in Project Management.
