Jan-Henrik Parmann has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jan-Henrik currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Skyfri since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at XPLORA Technologies AS as Chief Operating Officer from May 2020 to April 2022 and as Head of Partnerships from November 2019 to May 2020. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Sales at Fabriscale Technologies from June 2018 to October 2019. Jan-Henrik also held the role of Vice President - Special Projects at Malthus Uniteam AS from June 2017 to May 2018. Additionally, they had several roles at Uniteam Group, including Vice President - Projects, Regional Sales Director, Regional Director, General Manager - Uniteam Vest AS, Sales & Project Manager - Uniteam Offshore AS, and Sales Manager Oil & Gas - Uniteam AS. Jan-Henrik also gained experience as a Project Manager at SceneKvelder AS. Furthermore, they worked at Elkjøp Stormarked Moss as a Sales Associate and Computer Technician, and at Flow Driven Separation as a Business Developer. Jan-Henrik served as the President of Teknologiporten NTNU, a student organization at Norwegian University of Technology and Science. Jan-Henrik started their career in the Norwegian Armed Forces as an Infantry Soldier and completed a military service in the Telemark battalion.

Jan-Henrik Parmann completed their education at multiple institutions. From 2007 to 2012, they attended the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the School of Entrepreneurship. In 2008, they briefly attended the Questrom School of Business at Boston University for an Advanced Entrepreneurship Program. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2007, they studied Industrial Design at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Earlier on, from 2002 to 2004, they attended the Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Toulouse, where they pursued a non-degree program with a focus on data modelling, data processing, and communications.
