Ramesh Kailasam

Ramesh Kailasam is an experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in solar energy and technical equipment. Currently serving as a Lead Engineer at Avi Solar Energy Private Limited since February 2017, Ramesh is responsible for managing various types of maintenance activities for solar installations, including a 12MW Single Axis Tracker project. Prior to this role, Ramesh worked as an Assistant Engineer at Ketalynn Industry of Technical Equipment Pvt Ltd from February 2014 to June 2016, focusing on the design, installation, and quality testing of solar rooftop systems and LED lighting products. Ramesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University Chennai, completed in 2013, and a High School Diploma in the same field from the State Board of Technical Education and Training.
