Carla Repsold

Carla Repsold has been in the marketing industry since 2012. Carla began their career as a Sales Representative for various companies. In 2013, they became an Independent Consultant and Private Tutor, tutoring Accounting to grades 9-11. In 2016, they took on the role of Marketing/Audience Development Associate at Chive Media Group, where they managed paid life-cycle campaigns to drive over 400 qualified monthly leads and website traffic. Carla also led the content creation of new ad campaigns across top, mid and bottom of funnel campaigns. From 2016 to 2019, Carla worked as a Marketing Coordinator for EngSold Consulting Services. During this time, they executed highly targeted email lifecycle campaigns, segmentation, list growth, A/B testing, implemented automated and drip email campaigns, retention plans, and tracked and reported results. Since 2019, Carla has been the Marketing and CRM Manager at The Hollis Co. In this role, they lead the CRM program and manages two team members. Carla also creates and oversees email marketing strategy, consumer relations protocols, segmentation, onsite personalization, and product recommendation programs and platforms. Carla is currently the Marketing Manager at SkyGrid.

Carla Repsold earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management from the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Menlopark High School from 2008 to 2012.
