Costas Cavillier

Costas Cavillier has extensive experience in operations and financial management, currently serving as Head of Operations Services at Skyguide since 2001, where responsibilities include managing a CHF 40 million budget and overseeing a team of 130 employees focused on Air Traffic Management services. Previously, Costas held positions such as Head of Aeronautical Information Management Services, achieving significant improvements in cost efficiency and regulatory compliance. Additional roles include Head of Controlling and Airspace User Charges Expert, contributing to the establishment of performance plans and pricing policies. Costas began the career as Financial Controller at Touring Club Suisse and as Assistant to the CFO at Galenica SA. Educational qualifications include a Master of Advanced Studies in Public Administration from IDHEAP and a Licence ès sciences commerciales et industrielles from the University of Geneva. Costas is also a member of the Board of Trustees and the Investment Committee at Skycare, a pension fund.
