Harnek Singh currently serves as the Director of Customer Success at Skyhigh Security, a position held since April 2022. In addition, Harnek has been a Freelance Web Designer and Developer at Toofaani Creations since January 2000, specializing in the planning, design, and implementation of compliant websites with a focus on browser compatibility and search engine optimization. Previously, Harnek held various senior managerial roles in customer success and technical support at McAfee from May 2018 to March 2022, including a significant tenure as Senior Manager of Global Technical Support at Skyhigh Networks prior to its acquisition by McAfee. Harnek's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Account Manager at Pyramid Consulting and multiple senior roles at Dell spanning from June 2005 to October 2014.
