Mari Payne

Mari Payne serves as the Director of Customer Success at Skyhigh Security since September 2022, following roles in various leadership positions within customer success at several technology companies. Previously, Mari was a Fellow at On Deck in July 2022 and held the role of Director of Customer Success at Dialpad from July 2021 to July 2022. Prior to that, Mari worked at Lifesize and Serenova, where leadership positions included Director of Customer Success, following a merger in 2020. Mari's experience extends to managing customer success roles at Skyhigh Networks, SailPoint, and Proofpoint, where responsibilities included managing enterprise accounts and driving growth within each organization. Educational credentials include a B.S. from The University of Texas at Austin and further studies at Texas McCombs School of Business.
