Helen Tsaganos has a vast and comprehensive work experience in product management and innovation. Helen is currently the Chief Product Officer at Skyjed, where they oversee the design, launch, optimization, and success of their AI-powered product lifecycle management platform. Prior to that, they worked at AGL Energy as the Manager of Emerging Products, where they led the development and growth of AGL's Smart Home and Emerging Energy Services, as well as the AGL Voice Assistant product and service propositions. Helen also held the position of Senior Product Manager for Smart Home & New Energy at AGL. Helen has also been involved in the tech industry as a Judge for the iAwards in 2015. Helen'sexperience at Hills Limited involved being the Head of Product Development & Innovation, responsible for defining product strategy and launching innovative solutions. Before that, they worked as a Product Manager for Fibre at NBN Co Limited, managing their Fibre portfolio and leading various strategic projects. Helen's career started at Telstra, where they served as a Group Product Manager for several years.
