Nathan Bartrop

Nathan Bartrop is a Corporate Governance and Company Secretary Specialist with extensive experience across ASX-listed, dual-listed, unlisted, and not-for-profit organizations in Perth and Sydney. Currently serving as Company Secretary at Skyjed, Nathan focuses on streamlining company secretarial work and providing training to Company Officers. Previously, Nathan was involved in various roles, including Adviser for Listings Compliance at ASX and Company Secretary at multiple organizations such as Firefinch Limited and Propertylink Holdings Limited. Nathan has contributed to the Governance Institute of Australia as a presenter and council member, and is also an author of the Australian Governance Professionals Handbook. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia.
