Broden Diggle has a diverse work experience in various fields. Broden began their career as a Participant at the National Youth Science Forum in 2015. In 2016, they joined Fifty50 as part of the Career Development Team. Broden also took on a UQ Occupational Traineeship at The University of Queensland during the same year.

In 2017, Broden worked as a Tutor at Can Do Teach, where they provided online tutoring for high school students in mathematics and the sciences.

From 2017 to 2019, they held multiple roles at The Australian National University (ANU) including Senior Editor at Cross-Sections, Bruce Hall Senior Resident, ANU Summer Research Internship, and Bruce Hall Summer Senior Resident. Broden also worked as a Casual Sessional Academic and a Casual Sessional Academic - Project Tutor.

Broden Diggle obtained a Bachelor of Philosophy - Science (Hons) degree in Science from The Australian National University from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended St Laurence's College from 2008 to 2015, where they achieved the title of Dux of College with an ATAR score of 99.95. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including Youth Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid Australia in February 2018, Basic Emergency Life Support and First Aid from Allens Training in November 2017, CPR from Allens Training in January 2019, and Working With Vulnerable People - Volunteer certification from the ACT Government in 2017.
