Michael Frater

Michael Frater has had a diverse work experience. Michael is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Skykraft since February 2022. Prior to that, they were the Chair of Canberra Cyber Hub starting from January 2022. From November 2014 to February 2021, they worked as a Director at Canberra Innovation Network Ltd. Before that, they held the position of Rector at UNSW Canberra at the Australian Defence Force Academy from January 2011 to December 2020. Michael also served as a Director at Skykraft from April 2018 to November 2020.

Michael Frater has pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Sydney. Subsequently, they obtained a Master's degree in Higher Education from UNSW. Additionally, they have enrolled in a PhD program in Systems Engineering at The Australian National University.
