David Cooper

David Cooper has a strong background in information technology and has held various positions within the credit union industry. David started their career at Delta Community Credit Union in 2002, working as a Developer until 2007. In 2007, they joined Skyla Federal Credit Union as the Director of Information Systems and later became the VP of Information Technology in 2011. Most recently, they have served as the Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Skyla Federal Credit Union since October 2020.

David Cooper attended South Johnston High School from 1994 to 1998. After completing high school, they pursued higher education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1998 to 2002. During this time, they achieved a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a major in Mathematics and Computer Science.
