Ray Crouse

Ray Crouse has a diverse work experience in the credit union industry. Ray currently serves as the President of Skyla Financial Solutions at Skyla Federal Credit Union, where they are responsible for the Financial Planning division and the development of Credit Union Service Organizations. Prior to this role, they served on the Member Board of Directors at NACUSO Business Services, the profit generating subsidiary of NACUSO, connecting CUSOs and Credit Unions to enhance their mission fulfillment. Ray was also a member of the Board of Directors at NACUSO from 2016 to 2022, serving as Chairman from 2019 to 2022. Before joining NACUSO, Ray was the President/CEO of Parsons Federal Credit Union, where they served for eight years. Ray also worked as a Principal at Unity Review Consulting, where they performed business reviews and provided recommendations for credit unions. Ray started their career at Allegacy Federal Credit Union in 1994, where they held various roles including President of the Allegacy Business Solutions Group, Senior Manager of e-Services, and Internal Audit Manager. Overall, Ray Crouse has a strong background in credit union operations, business development, and strategic planning.

Ray Crouse earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, which they completed from 1982 to 1986. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from American InterContinental University, attending from 2003 to 2004. In 2009-2010, Ray received a Certificate of Collaboration from Pepperdine University. Additionally, in May 1998, they obtained the certification of Certified Internal Auditor from the Institute of Internal Auditors.
