Dean served as the Founder and Owner of the life coaching business for 23 years, helping young entrepreneurs develop essential skills for success. In 2009, Grey founded Defining Moments Publishing, where they facilitated the creation of best-selling books by equipping individuals with the necessary tools. Dean then founded Zooplr Inc. in 2011 and served as the Founder and Chairman, introducing a breakthrough mobile app that combined chat, blogging, and eLearning. Zooplr was acquired within six months by successful Silicon Valley entrepreneurs.
